Job Description:

Milltronics CNC Machines joined the Liberty Diversified International family in 2007. Milltronics has designed and manufactured quality CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) machines for the metal cutting industry for more than 30 years. Responsibilities include:

- Keeps immediate supervisor up to date on all on-going projects, concerning all projects status, and any problems that may have arisen during the course of projects.

- Performs installation of new machines and maintains accurate records of the installation of consistent with Milltronics guidelines and procedures.

- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.

- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

- Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gages, and test equipment.

- Installs, starts up, and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown and in line with OSHA requirements.

- Informs appropriate management and line mechanics of potential electrical/mechanical problems and inherent dangers involved.

- Assists customers with technical or programming troubleshooting.

- Assists and trains customers on operation of our machines.

- Travels on behalf of the company to customer sites or trade shows.

- Performs other related duties as required.



Required Skills:
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

- Associates Degree of 2-Year Technical Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 3+ years of experience in assembly, operation, maintenance, and/or troubleshooting hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical journals, manuals and blueprints.

- To be able to travel, both domestically and internationally.

- Must have valid drivers license, as some travel would be done in a company provided truck with the occasional air travel and car rental.

- Must be computer literate and self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Computer experience/operation and PLC programming are necessary.

- Previous experience interacting with customers in technical support capacity would be very helpful.

- Willing to work any shift as required.



Required Experience:
Experience/Education/Certification Requirements:

- Minimum of two-year technical degree or the equivalent education & experience in a technical field is required.

- Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.

- Prefer 3+ years of related experience.
