The Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer truck to deliver finished product to the customer in accordance with state laws.

Responsibilities include:


Load and unload trailer with finished products

Verify count while truck is being unloaded at customer site

Transport load by required route to proper destination while observing all traffic laws and safety regulations

Complete all required documentation necessary to deliver customer orders

Complete required reports in an accurate and timely manner

Perform daily timesheets and driver logs efficiently

Report any maintenance, damage and/or safety concerns

Additional duties as assigned

Responsibilities include:

- Keeps immediate supervisor up to date on all on-going projects, concerning all projects status, and any problems that may have arisen during the course of projects.

- To be able to travel, both domestically and internationally.

Our Minneapolis location, with facilities in Golden Valley and Brooklyn Park, MN employs 400 employees. Liberty Carton is a division of Liberty Diversified International (LDI).

We currently have an opening for a 1st Shift (7am-3pm) Corrugator Doublebacker Operator at our Golden Valley location. This position is responsible for all activities associated with running the double-backer including setup, operation, cleanup and recommending improvements to operations.



Responsibilities include:


Set up bridge guides and glue station in accordance with proper setup techniques.

Check wet end lineups to verify correct roll stock is received and used.

Put rolls of paper in mill roll stands ensuring proper size and grade of paper to be run and make splices and paper changes as necessary.

Make adjustments during runs for tension, alignment, adhesion and warp control.

Trim only the necessary amount of paper from the rolls when preparing for splices.

Remove roll stock from the machine when necessary and mark the proper size, grade, diameter and lineal footage on the roll and place core plugs in each end of the buttrolls.

Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the double-backer at available capacity and speed in line with those of the corrugator.

Clean starch pans, metering rolls and glue rolls when necessary.

Keep the doublebacker area clean.

Turn in maintenance work orders to supervisors for needed repairs. Be proactive int he maintenance or equipment.

Take all paper off of cores of stub rolls.

Assist the Corrugator Operator as necessary.

Assist in the training of dry end personnel.

Adheres to production schedule. Makes recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals. Reports any unusual scheduling issues to Supervisor.

Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.

Additional duties may be assigned by management.

The Engineer Process Quality Manager will be responsible for managing, developing, and implementing systems, procedures, methods and forms for the quality management program.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

· Working knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements and industry standards

· Product and testing knowledge

· Familiar with measurement systems, measurement devices and testing equipment

· Computer literate, preferred knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and ability to learn business systems software

· Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external relationships

· Experience with statistical analysis and research

· Business/technical writing skills

Responsibilities include:
